The holidays are a time to celebrate with friends and family. What better way than with cocktails? Why not try this Maple Cider Whiskey Sour for day 11 of our 12 Days of Holiday Cocktails series. The maple syrup makes the drink taste like the holidays! It’s also delicious mixed with bourbon or rye whiskey, so feel free to customize it as you please. This is one holiday cocktail that will warm your soul on these cold winter days ahead!

There is no better time of year to enjoy a cocktail than the holiday season! The festive atmosphere, warm drinks and delicious treats are enough to get anyone in the mood for celebrating. The whiskey sour is one of the most iconic cocktails. It’s made with fresh lemon juice, syrup and spirits that are shaken before being decorated to create an egg white froth at the end! This winter inspiration comes through in our new holiday drink – instead of simple syrups we use maple bourbon syrup for extra flavor; then top it off with some ice-cold hard apple cider for texture when you want something less sweet but still satisfying on those warm afternoons where Christmas Cookies just isn’t cutting it anymore.

Holiday celebrations call for special drinks and we’ve got them covered right here for 12 days holiday series. Cheers friend’s happy holidays!!
