Cottontail Colada

  • 1.5 oz White Rum
  • 6 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 3 oz Cream of Coconut
  • 2 oz Grenadine

Put all ingredients into a shaker and shake. Pour into your favorite glass

To give this drink the perfect festive touch for Easter, I added some shredded coconut to each glass’s rim. It was so easy and just takes a second!

Some tips for making Cottontail Colada Cocktails:

Use a blender to get the ice crushed finely.

Some brands of Grenadine are less “red”. Add in a touch of juice from Maraschino cherries if more “red” tone is needed to achieve pink color.

Omit rum if needing a non-alcoholic version.
