The Beat Goes On
- 2 oz Tequila Anejo
- 1/2 oz spiced mojo syrup
- 3 dashes of old-fashioned bitters
- 1-2 spritzes spiced lemon oil
Instructions
- Add the tequila, syrup, and bitters to a dry mixing glass. Fill the glass with ice and use a bar spoon to stir until the mixing glass feels ice-cold.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a fresh large ice cube.
- For the aromatic finishing touch, spray the spiced lemon oil over the top of the drink. If you’d like to and have one on hand, float a star anis pod for extra aromatics!
