Tijuana Brass
- Coconut water Ice cubes
- 2 1/2 oz Tequila Anejo
- 1/2 oz cinnamon demerara syrup
- 1 dash Aromatique bitters
- 1 spritz orange oil
Instructions:
Add the tequila, syrup, and bitters to a dry mixing glass. Fill the glass with ice and use a bar spoon to stir until the mixing glass ice-cold.
Strain into a rocks glass over a large coconut-water ice cube.
For the aromatic finishing touch, spray the orange oil over the top of the drink
Note:
Prepare to serve all four of your Tijuana Brass cocktails over large cubes of coconut-water ice by evenly dividing the contents of the can of coconut water into four cells of a large-format ice cube tray and placing it in the freezer at least 6 hours in advance.
